Privacy Policy

In short: we collect only your name, phone number and email address, and only when you book an appointment through the SetTime.io platform or when you choose to send us a message through the feedback form on this site. Nothing else. This website uses no tracking cookies and no analytics.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Andrea Dimitrijević PR ADONIS 037, Balkanska 32B, 37000 Krusevac, Republic of Serbia, Tax ID (PIB) 115685011 ("Adonis", "we"). We process personal data in accordance with the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (ZZPL) and, where it applies to visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we collect

We collect only the following personal data:

  • your name,
  • your phone number,
  • your email address.

You enter this data yourself when booking an appointment through SetTime.io. We collect no other personal data. We do not request or store payment card details; payment is made in the shop, in cash or by card on the bank terminal.

3. How and why we use it

We use your data only to:

  • record and confirm your appointment,
  • send you a booking confirmation and reminder (SMS or email),
  • contact you if an appointment needs to be moved or cancelled.

The legal basis is the performance of the service you requested (your appointment) and our legitimate interest in organising the shop's schedule. We do not send marketing messages without your consent.

4. The SetTime.io booking platform

Bookings are handled by SetTime.io, which stores appointment and client data on our behalf as a data processor. When you use the platform, SetTime's own privacy policy also applies. If you create an account on the platform, you manage that account yourself.

5. The feedback form on this site

If you rate your visit one to four stars, the site offers you a message form. We then process the content of your message, your rating and — only if you enter them yourself — your name and a phone number or email address. The message is delivered to the shop by email through the Resend service (Resend, Inc., USA), acting as our processor, and is used solely to understand the issue and, if you left contact details, to reply to you. It is never published or shared further. A five-star rating collects nothing: it simply forwards you to Google, where you leave your review under Google's own terms.

6. This website, cookies and third parties

The website www.adonismuskifrizer.com is informational. Apart from the feedback form described above it has no forms, and it uses no tracking cookies, analytics tools or advertising networks. The only embedded third-party content is a Google Map showing the shop's location; when it loads, Google may set its own cookies under the Google Privacy Policy. Links to Instagram and SetTime lead to sites with their own privacy rules.

7. Who we share data with

We do not sell or pass on your data to third parties. Only Adonis and our processors — SetTime.io (bookings) and Resend (delivery of feedback-form messages) — have access to it. We may disclose data to public authorities only where the law requires us to.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as it is needed to manage bookings and appointment records. We delete it on request, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

9. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, and to object to processing or request data portability. You can make a request by phone on +381 61 356 6292 or in person at the shop. Data entered on the SetTime platform can also be changed there. If you believe we are not processing your data lawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

10. Children

Appointments for children's haircuts are booked by a parent or guardian using their own contact details. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last change at the top.
